We offer limited warranty coverage for our pickleball paddles under the terms detailed below.

1. Warranty Coverage & Duration

• Covered by a 3-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

• Scope of Warranty: This warranty exclusively covers structural or manufacturing defects arising from normal play and intended use.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or product issues resulting from the following conditions:

• Misuse & Impact Damage: Damage caused by abnormal use, accidental impact against hard surfaces or floors, extreme abrasion, negligence, or unauthorized alterations/modifications.

• Normal Wear & Tear: Loss or theft of the paddle; natural fading of printed graphics; standard deterioration of wear-and-tear components such as overgrips.

• Environmental Exposure: Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures (eg. below 40°F (4°C) or above 120°F (50°C)) for long time (more than 48 hours).

 

 

Return Shipping & Processing Time

• Return Shipping Fees: Unless the product is defective upon arrival, the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs associated with exchanges.

• Processing Timeframe: Once we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days (the overall return process typically takes about 5 to 20 business days).
