Delivery Method
Self-pickup at SF Express Station or SF Express Smart Locker
Shipping Fee
- For Hong Kong orders: Free shipping for orders with a net value of HK$1,499 or above.
- For Macau orders: Free shipping for orders with a net value of MOP$1,999 or above.
If the net value of your order does not meet the above minimum spending requirements, a shipping fee of HK$30 / MOP$60 will be charged.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
- For commercial and non-commercial areas: 3-5 working days.
- For remote areas: 7-10 working days or longer.
Please note that no delivery service is available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Delivery Details
We use SF Express for delivery. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, the system will send a "Delivery Email Notification" to you on the same evening. The SF Express tracking number of your order will be specified in the email. You can check the logistics status of your order by entering the tracking number on SF Express's official website. If you need to arrange an alternative delivery time, please contact SF Express staff directly. (Click here to check your order's logistics status.)
When your order arrives at the designated SF Express Station, SF Express will send you a SMS notification to collect the parcel.
When collecting your parcel at the SF Express service point, you must present the confirmation SMS sent by SF Express. Only after verification by the staff at the SF Express service point can you collect the parcel.
You must collect your order from the selected SF Express Station within 24 hours of receiving the parcel collection SMS. Orders not collected within this period will be retrieved by SF Express.
You may also call SF Express's customer service hotline to rearrange parcel collection.
Uncollected orders (after the 24-hour window) will be automatically cancelled. The order amount (excluding shipping fee) will be refunded to the credit card you used for payment within 24 working days.
